Summer learning Journey Poem Neil armstromg

When I set foot on the moon I felt lonely

Trying to walk around in the big suit because I'm so boney

I looked for aliens but I could only see Moon stuff

I knew the world was looking at me even the Australians

    Hi again Cameron,

    It is wonderful to see you engaging in the week one activities. I absolutely love this poem. You have used some great rhyming and I love your description of him trying to walk around in his big suit. I wonder if he did feel lonely up there. How do you think he felt, knowing that he was the very first person to ever walk on the moon? I’m sure it would have been a pretty amazing feeling.

    Next time you might like to add some images or colour to give your posts a little bit more “wow” factor. You are welcome to draw pictures yourself or use google draw. You can even borrow images from the internet, as long as you attribute the images you use by adding a link to where you found them.

    Great work Cameron. I am looking forward to seeing your next SLJ post.
