Respect

WALT use the word art tool to make a poster about RESPECT.

We are learning to make posters with word art.

First I got a black background then I added all the words. 

I changed the colour and the fonts around.

I used a tool that makes the border colour bigger.

If I needed to know how to spell a word I could use speaker notes.

My holidays

By Cameron On the first day of the holidays me, Rian and our parents went to Kjerag Norway. On the flight to Norway I was air sick. Rian was sitting next to me and he went straight to the bathroom. There was a bit of turbulence! When we got to Norway we went threw the security check. When we got out of the airport we rented a car and drove to our hotel. The trip to the hotel took two hours. When we got to the hotel we checked in and took our luggage to our room. Our room was huge. It had 4 beds, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, air conditioning and a balcony looking over a nature reserve. Me and Rian ran straight to the balcony and gazed in disbelief at how high we were. The next day we went to the base jumping place. We drove up to the top of a very high cliff. The drive up took 6 hours. We rented another Hotel and waited for the next day for our base jump. While we waited me and Rian made a blanket fort. Then we had a try not to laugh challenge. We both lost by tones. The next day we went to the base jump check in. we had to leave everything. Then they told us to go to the dressing room. When we got to the dressing room we put on the suits and walked to the waiting line. Me and Rian both wanted to go of the swing thing. The swing thing is when they swing this swing really high and you jump. When it was my turn I was shaking really hard. I got swung and I jumped as high as I could. I did some flips then i started gliding. After awhile I got the hang of steering. I glided over to Rian and we started talking but we couldn't hear each other that well. I think Rian was a bit scared because I was. The view was awesome. When we got to the bottom we meet our parents and we got the car and drove back to the Hotel and got our stuff and then we drove back to the airport which took 8 hours.We boarded the plane and we started flying back. I wasn’t sick this time though. When we got back to New Zealand we were all really tired. We all drove home and when I got home I flopped on my bed and fell asleep. When we got to school after the holidays Zade told me he saw me on the plane back from Christchurch. Zade said he was ten rows behind me.
